MERCHANTS & AGENTS OFFICER (GABORONE) -BPS 33/2/2 Vol.1(38) – BOTSWANAPOST

JOB SUMMARY:

To develop and implement financial services, business strategies and frameworks in line with BotswanaPost’s overall business plan. The incumbent will be responsible for managing and growing partner relationships with independent sales organizations (ISOs), value added resellers (VARs), and other high value merchants and agents. Other activities include identifying opportunities and growth areas within the existing partner customer base, ensuring partners have a thorough understanding of BotswanaPost’s offerings and can effectively communicate BotswanaPost’s value proposition to end user customers, and promoting the cross-selling of multiple service offerings.

The position reports to the Financial & Value Added Services Manager

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field

EXPERIENCE:
– A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience or a combination of commensurate experience and education.
