Kalcon (Pty) Ltd invites suitably qualified and experienced Botswana Citizens for post of:

PRODUCTION MANAGER

Requirements / Responsibilities:

1. Must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years’ experience in management and construction of Major Civil Engineering Works, comprising in Bulk Earth works and Layer works.
2. Must be fully knowledgeable in the use of various Major Construction Plant and Equipment.
3. Must be capable of implementation of Production monitoring procedures.
4. Must be capable of Earth works Plant Team Selection and Management.
5. Must have good understanding of Mine safety procedures and principles.
6. An understanding and knowledge of Health. Safety and Quality Control plans principles is crucial
7. Knowledgeable with regards to production rates.
8. Must have excellent Leadership, communication, negotiation and numerical skills.
9. Must have excellent computer skills (MS Excel. MS, MS Word. Internet and Internet).
