VACANCY: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Job Summary:

Working in the Managing Director’s (MD) Office, this superbly organised team member, with IT and interpersonal skills will be providing effective and professional secretarial services and support to the Senior Executive team at ODC. This will involve working closely with the MD, managing and maintaining the MD’s diary, arranging travel, preparing correspondence on behalf of the MD and wherever possible optimising the effectiveness of the MDs office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all company travel, incoming calls and office mail and will act as a recording secretary during Executive Committee meetings. As part of the role the candidate will oversee the company-wide records management system and be responsible for any ad-hoc duties as required. The successful candidate will have to be articulate, highly organised, flexible, and have the ability to multitask. Other important qualities are the ability to pay attention to detail, meet deadlines and work as part of a highly mobile and diverse team.
