AREA SALES MANAGER wanted at Hilti Botswana

We are looking to employ an Area Sales Manager to manage sales force to oversee mining and construction Companies that FMG will be supplying within the defined regional territory. He/ she is responsible for overseeing sales operations, meeting targets and managing the sales team in the region.

Education and Training:

• A Bachelor’s degree in business related disciplines such as economics, management, and accounting
• At least 1-5 years of experience in the held of sales usually as a sales consultant. At least 3 years’ experience as an Area Sales Manager
• Leadership Skill: Experience in managing the activities and performance of sales staff in order to achieve set goals
• Analytical Skill: Ability to carry out analysis and interpretation of sales data
• Communication Skill: Someone that is well-versed in interacting with clients to offer them products/services and to address product issues.
• Experience in sales with products like power tools, fasteners, hand tools and Mining machinery to Mining and Construction Companies
