JOB DESCRIPTION

To organise, coordinate and supervise operations of the power station during shifts to ensure safe, efficient, and cost effective operations and effective resolution of technical problems

EDUCATION REQUIRED

1.A recognised B.Eng./BSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

2.Should be a member of the Botswana Engineering Registration Board.

3. Additional management qualifications will be an advantage

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

1. At least six (6) years post qualification experience of which three (3) years is a supervisory role in power plant operations or process plant environment
