SCHOOL HEAD WANTED at Bakwena Community Development Association (BCDA)

Bakwena Community Development Association (BCDA) is looking for a mature, academically qualified, experienced, diligent person to take up the position of school head/coordinator.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Secondary school teaching experience of not less than 10 years; be able to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency, composure and work independently. The candidate should have leadership qualities / skills, human relations, a flair for team work building and the ability to create a conducive environment to facilitate a cooperative motivated team. The candidate must also be computer literate and have operational experience of using excel and word software. This is an evening school enrolling Form 3,4 and 5 students.
