. Traveling throughout assigned territory to train and guide the operations team in respective branches
- Maintaining solid working relationships with customers by ensuring that their needs are met and resolving complaints in a timely manner
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales budgets by persuading customers within the territory to purchase company products and services
- Analyzing sales and marketing data to determine the most effective sales and marketing techniques
- Fostering client’s relationships and B2B development
- Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory.
- Conducting surveys to better understand customer needs and plan according to the business operations.
- Motivate the operation teams to achieve the sales budgets and evaluating their performance based on their ability or inability to achieve the sales budget by acting as Trainer
- Ensuring that brand awareness within an assigned territory meets company expectations
- Responsible for given stores and spend time to assist the operation teams in marketing, merchandising, costing and pricing strategies.
- Prepare reports .monthly sales details and other non-achieved sales budgets with reasons and action plans to board meetings
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Post-Graduation in Business Administration or Masters in Business Administration
- 15 Years of experience in managerial level in Wholesale or Retail Business
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other Trading Softwares is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communications and exceptional customer service skills
Compensation package will be at par with the Industry standards.
