Broadway Motors (Pty) Ltd is seeking to fulfil vacancy for the following positions;

POSITION: Accounts Executive (1)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum qualifications of AATor any other related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position
•  A valid, unendorsed driver s licence  
• Proven accuracy with figures and handling money
• Good attention to detail
• Fully Bilingual (English) & Ability to speak effectively one on one
• The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Knowledge of accounting terminology
• Sound computer skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Enter and code financial transactions appropriately Reconcile invoices received with departmental billing Track expenses as they relate to specific projects and Validate invoices against items or services received Disburse funds as needed Management of petty cash transactions
