* Should have a welcoming appearance and fluent in both English & Setswana.
* Have a friendly and and engaging personality.
* Comfortable with working with members of the public.
* Should be confident, helpful, polite and well mannered.
* Should be physically fit as they will be on their feet most of the day.
* Should have a comprehensive understanding of retail.
* Loading customer goods after purchase
* Collecting stock from other branches
* Listening and attentive to detail
