Customer Services Assistant (Temporary Post-six months)

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Promotes and executes loan sales in accordance with laid down procedures.
2. Serves customers over the counter and explains products answering customer questions and queries.
3. Captures loans information into the database and verifies information with customers.
4. Attend to customer queries.
5. To receive loan application forms for credit or loans and check them for accuracy of customer information and that all the documentation required have been provided.
6. Prepares documentation for loans disbursements.
7. To maintain customer and company privacy and confidentiality at all times.
8. Assists customers who require information telephonically.
9. Filing documents which have been captured for submission and any other Loans related documents
