S.G. Enterprises (Pty) Ltd, an established and rapidly expanding group with interests in distribution, manufacturing and property invites applications for the position of

Operations and Development Manager (Post Available: 1).

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the Operations and Development team who is responsible for the day-today business and logistical operations of the group.
• Being creative in problem-solving and implementing new strategies.
• Developing and improving Systems and Operations through feedback.
• Mediating and coordinating activities with charitable organisations as part of the company’s social responsibility campaigns.
• Providing detailed reports about Operations issues and development progress to the Managing Director.
• Managing contracts with Vendors as needed by the Operations and Development team.
• Ability to handle diverse projects.
• Ability to train and motivate the team for the growth of the group.

The right candidate should possess the following qualification:

• Master s Degree in Business Administration with specialisation in Operations Management and Organisational Development.
• Over IS years of post-qualification experience.
• Demonstrated strong track record in the planning, design and implementing development strategies.

• Excellent written and verbal skills, including the ability to deliver presentations to diverse audiences.
• Strong command of database management and excellent computer skills.
• Experience in Kerridge.
• Proven ability to work independently and as an OD team.
