OPERATIONS MANAGER (QUICK SERVICE RESTAURANTS) – FAMOUS BRANDS

A leading retail and franchise organisation with representation across Botswana – Famous Brands and trading in Botswana as Retail Group is looking for a highly motivated individual to join their team.

You will facilitate the provision of a full franchise support system inclusive of retail services, operational support, training, locality marketing and business consulting to the network of company-owned restaurants across Botswana. To facilitate, train, mentor, upskill and lead a team of Area Managers to provide effective and professional world-class operational support and guidance to support the company store team compliments across the network.

• Overseeing operations
• People management
• Training of new recruits
• Assisting with ad-hoc IR and HR related issues
• Working closely with the Brand marketing department
• Develop and manage the annual business plan and budget
• Manage the entire revamp process
• Implementation and management of operational processes of new stores
• Supply chain management
• Cost Management
• Legal aspects of the business such as managing the commercial schedule requirements in conjunction with the commercial administrator as well as managing trading license applications and renewals.

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
• Five years’experience in franchise management within the food services environment
