Key Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Electrical and Electronic Engineering/Computer Engineering Cisco Routing and Switching certification at Professional level or better – Cisco Design certification at Professional level or better Additional Cisco certifications will be an added advantage

Knowledge & Experience:

Minimum 5 years in ICT or Telecommunications industry.

Must have exposure in solution design, implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance.

– Pre-Sales experience in ICT solutions and services.

Must have traceable credentials as a team leader

Job Description

Cisco Routing and Switching (must have knowledge of Cisco I0S, I0S-XE and NX-OS).

Designing and implementing large-scale network infrastructure projects.

Designing and deploying LANs, WANs, WLANs, WAN optimization with QoS and load-balancing.

Campus Wi-Fi solutions for Enterprise, Education (Universities and Colleges) and Service Providers.

Core Routing and Switching with layer 2 and layer 3 dynamic network protocols such as OSPF, BGP and Multicast.

Working with Service Provider customers to implement and troubleshoot BGP operations, MPLS VPNs both layer 2 and layer 3.

Site to Site as well as Remote Access VPN maintenance on firewalls & routers.

in-depth knowledge and experience of security technologies, Cisco FirePower Threat Defense firewalls and ASA module firewalls with the 6500 switches, IOS firewalls, IPS, NAC, ACS and VPN solutions.

Familiarity with network-centric applications such as DNS, TACACS, RADIUS and Syslog would be an advantage, as would experience of 802.lx network authentication.

Technical presentations to customers on various technologies.
