Min. experience: 10 years in construction industry. Key performance areas:
- Handling projects effectively with minimum supervision from the head office.
- Estimating and ordering materials timeously.
- Preparing and presenting site progress reports in meetings.
- Attending site inspections by clients and consultants and handling any issues thereof.
- Enforcing HSSE requirements on site, strictly.
- Working under pressure.
Note: Driving is very crucial (class B driving licence or higher).
