A well-established transportation group in Botswana is urgently looking for the services of a qualified and experienced OPERATIONS & MARKETING MANAGER to lead its operations team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To develop operational strategies for the company.
• To manage and implement all activities.
• To liaise, manage and control all the operational staff.
• To implement changes and improvements within the organization.
• To manage logistic functions for the company throughout the entire region.
• Manage the operational budgets.
• Projects planning.
• To develop and implement improved goals for both companies.

Candidates must have an acceptable qualification and proven experience preferable in rigging, as well as operation of 100 plus low-bed rigs, & business risk management. More than twenty years post qualification experience in top management positions in transport with SHE management training skills sales including customer relations exposure and financial Acumen.
