Job Requirements:

• Directs the development and implementation of marketing and selling strategy for the division.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement of use of resources, business policies, processes and systems improvement, evaluates and executes.
• Develops and directs the implementation of organisational policies, systems and all resources.
• Develops and manages the performance of subordinates in achievement of agreed strategy, business plans and budgets.
• Identifies key relationships for managing personally and ensures retention.

• Minimum 15 years of executive management experience
