WORKSHOP MANAGER

Qualifications:

Applicants must possess a good qualification (Certificate/Diploma) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an internationally recognized institution with at least 5 years HANDS-ON experience as a dynamic Workshop Manager in a mechanical repair workshop or Motor Rewinding workshop.

Requirements

• Applicants must have extensive knowledge on the repair and servicing of electrical machines (i.e. Motors. Generators. Submersible Pumps. Welding Machines, and Transformers etc.)
• Incumbent must be production oriented.
• Extensive knowledge in the application of ISO 9001 Quality Standards
• He/She must possess exceptional ability in the supervision of workshop staff and meet customer expectations.
• The applicant must have worked as a Manager in a similar environment before
