- Form 5, with relevant qualifications being tertiary certificates relating to horticulture and landscaping
- Four (4) to (5) years’ experience in a grounds management position in an establishment with large grounds, preferably hospitality properties
- Good Knowledge trees, plants, and pests
- Must be aware of environmentally friendly practices with regards to garden management
- Interest in recycling would be advantageous
- Must be able to control and direct a large staff compliment
- Must be self-driven to practice proactive maintenance of the grounds, parking’s, roads, jetty’s, walkways and fencing
- Must have traceable references
- Must be computer literate (Ms Word, Excel, emails)
