FRONT OFFICE SECRETARY – GABORONE – BOTSWANA TOURISM

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Reporting to the Senior Administration Officer, the incumbent will provide reception, administrative support and secretarial services.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Front office/reception service
• Manage incoming official communication (phone calls, faxes and other general enquiries)
• Administration support and Secretarial service
• Receive and transmit office mail to Records Office. Manage relevant documents
• Prepare Staff travels (accommodation and transport)
• Customer service
• Professional customers reception. Provide appropriate assistance to customers

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate/Diploma in Secretarial or Administration
• 2 years experience
