Alexander Forbes Financial Services Botswana (Pty) Ltd is inviting interested candidates to apply for the position of Retirement Consultant. The individual will report to the Business Development Manager.

The role

• To provide holistic financial planning advice to clients, by identifying their investment and lifestyle needs and objectives.
• To identify new business opportunities within existing and potential client bases.
• To develop and implement strategies and manage relationships with key personnel within assigned corporate accounts.
• To provide advice and information on retirement provision to individuals.
• To conducting marketing seminars, group education meetings, and individual meetings with our retirement planning clients.
• To provide recommendations of annuity options to members.
• As a retirement consultant you will be responsible for conducting marketing seminars, group education meetings, and individual meetings with our retirement planning clients.

Key Performance Areas

• Manage and strengthen relationships with key staff in assigned Corporates
• Source new business from existing clients and by means of referrals
• Support AF’s client-related strategies and deliver key goals
