Botswana Ash (Pty) Ltd is a Soda Ash and Salt producing Company situated at Sua Pan in Botswana, approximately 180 km by tarred road northwest of Francistown. The Company employs over 500 employees of which close to 300 are unionised. Employees and their families live in Sowa Town, about 20 km from the plant site. The town boasts of recreational facilities, which include restaurant, tennis, squash, swimming pools and golf course. There is also an excellent English Medium Pre-Primary, Primary and Secondary School as well as public primary and junior secondary schools.
An opportunity exists for the Internship Programme, through a two-year Intern Development Programme at Botswana Ash in the following areas;
Chemical Engineering, Control & Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Microbiology, Materials Control and Human Resources Management.

Job Summary
- This position offers the incumbent on the job training and broader exposure on all units at Botswana Ash.
Minimum Requirements
A Degree in any of the above disciplines, recently obtained in a reputable institution. The successful candidate would be enthusiastic, self-motivated and eager to learn. Computer literacy especially MS projects.
