Main purpose of the job

To implement customer service operations in order to minimise queries and meet set customer service standards and CIPA Standards of operations.

Qualifications, experience and knowledge required

•Certificate in Business Studies/Arts or related programme.

•At least two(2) years experience in a customer service environment.

•Operational Knowledge in customer service and client liaison

Key responsibilities

•Attend to and guide walk in Customers requesting services.

•Ensure that customers are able to use kiosks in the customer service center.

•Guide customers through the Online Business Registration system.

•Capture and report on client satisfaction and service received.

•Respond to customer inquiries.

•Generate customer interest in the services or products offered by the CIPA.

•Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers.

•Ensure feedback from the customer to further improve the customer services

•Receive customer queries as well as explain Complaints Handling Procedures to customers.

•Recommend solutions to challenges experienced by customers

•Demonstrate product knowledge and usage to clients

•Conduct Field visits to improve uptake of the Online Business Registration System
