Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance or any related field
• Recognised professional accounting qualification is an added advantage
• Potential to learn and apply new knowledge/techniques

Principal Accountabilities

• Responsible for assisting the Management Information and Planning Analyst in the preparations of timely, accurate and reliable Management information from the SAP systems on monthly basis and feed into all stakeholders by the due dates.
• Support and coordinate with Business on the monthly Integrated Business process to ensure accurate forecasting.
• Assisting in the monthly review of actual to plan performance for all Business segments and cost budgets.
• Assisting the Management Information and Planning Analyst with monthly Management Information Reporting to Vivo Energy Central Team within tight group deadlines.
• Support and coordinate with Business to deliver on time the annual Planning process using HPL and HFM planning tools.
• Support and coordination with Business to deliver accurate quarterly Business forecast and reviews.
