Main Purpose of the Job:
To coordinate the development implementation, monitoring and evaluation of NARDI’s corporate strategy, and manage institutional transformation. Initiate business process changes that will enhance efficiency and the development of a high- performance culture within the organisation.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field plus a post-graduate (MBA, MA, MSc) in Strategy Management

Experience: At least eight (8) years relevant post qualification experience of which three (3) years should have been spent in management of organisational transformation.
Competencies: Applicants must be results-driven, with demonstrable skills in strategy analysis, strategy management, stakeholder engagement negotiation, and project planning and execution management and commercial awareness.
