WANTED URGENTLY POSITION OF SENIOR VEHICLE SALES MANAGER

NTT Motor Group Nissan with outlets in Gaborone, Francistown, and Maun is inviting applicants for the above mentioned post in Botswana.

SKILLS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• 10 years’ experience in sales/marketing
• Minimum 10 years in vehicle sales management position
• Marketing qualification diploma
• Business management diploma
• Strong English language skills
• Highly motivated and able to work autonomously
• High degree self-motivation, autonomy, and drive, sufficient to act as an independent business owner
• Very organised, brilliant in client meetings from a presentation and pitch stand-point, strong leadership skills.
• Eagerness to work in an innovative, engaging team environment that will be rapidly changing
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently at a senior level.
• In depth knowledge of Nissan factory software systems or similar would be advantageous.

DUTIES INVOLVE

• Interactive vehicle sale
• To build large range of relationships and contacts with top-tier customer
• Develop and grow sales department to achieve organisational goals.
• Manage, motivate, mentor and coach sales team.
