MANAGER, TRAINING & ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

THE REQUIREMENTS

The right candidate must meet the following minimum requirements, among others;

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology Organisational Development, or any related discipline from a recognised academic institution.
• Possess at least eight (8) years post qualification experience in Human Resource Management, two (2) of which must have been at supervisory Level.
• Experience in facilitating learning and development, as well as, in organisational development interventions
• Knowledge in HR Value Chain.

DUTIES:
The successful candidate will be managing and administering the development of organisational
capabilities through design, development delivery and evaluation of a broad portfolio of learning
and development programmes products and services in order to improve overall organisational
Performance; Leading the development and implementation of the learning and development
strategic plan of the University; Managing and facilitating the organisational development within
the University; Ensuring effective implementation of change initiatives.
