Letshego Financial Services is looking for self-driven individuals with energy and passion for sales to undertake the role as Direct Sales Agents in Gaborone.
Specification
•Identify customer needs effectively in order to present financial solutions.
•Present and sell Letshego’s products and services to current and potential customers.
•Provide an exceptional customer experience by meeting the agreed turnaround times.

Requirements
•BGCSE or higher academic qualification
•Preference will be given to candidates with Certificate of Proficiency in long term insurance (Current proof of registration for COP long term insurance will be an added advantage)
•Proven track record of exceptional performance in a sales related environment is essential
