INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT

Education,Experience ,Competencies Required

• Degree in Engineering preferable Electrical and Electronics/Computer engineering or equivalent
• Workplace Engineering & Ergonomics
• Basic Understanding of problem solving and Test Equipment maintenance knowledge
• Maintenance planning and coordination knowledge
• Any supervisory responsibility will be an added advantage
• 3 months work experience in Manufacturing Industry preferably Electrical section or exposure to work enviroment

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Supervision of all Test Boards Technicians
• Implementation/Coordination of preventative maintenance on a daily, weekly and monthly, bi-yearly basis on all test equipment to minimize breakdowns
• On the job training of new technicians
• Programming of ETB software
• Fault finding, repair and maintenance of final product test equipment (test boards)
• Prioritize breakdowns to prevent production loss
• Procurement of test modules and ordering of spare parts and test modules related to test equipment.
• Contribute to implementing test desks (before SOP) and be responsible for it (after SOP)
• Contribute to change management in terms of test engineering
• To perform any other lawful and reasonable duties as directed by management
• Continuously evaluate Test equipment performance and make continuous improvements
