Primary Job Requirements
• Polishes diamonds, ensures that they meet individual targets and contribute overall to the section production target.
• Responsible for keeping their scaife, tools, and/or equipment in perfect operating condition. This means following standard operating procedure and section
• Assess their own product and consider it finished when they assure themselves the stone is polished to company standards.

Key skills required:
• Good working knowledge of basic polishing tools.
• Should know how to polish Princess, Cushion, Radiant, Emerald, Oval, Pear shapes
• Basic spoken English and basic English writing ability.
• Understand the principles of basic quality control.
• Attention to detail
• Teamwork
• Integrity

Qualifications required:

BGCSE, Prospective candidates should be highly numerate.

Experience
At least 4 – 5 years’ experience in the diamond cutting & polishing industry with expertise in EX, VG and G makes.
