1. Pastry Chef

1-year experience

Duties
• Manage day to day operations of the pastry and bakery section of the kitchen
• Ensure excellent quality throughout the dessert offerings
• Coordinate activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparations
• Checks the quality of raw and cooked foods products to ensure that standards are met.

2. Cook

Entry-level

• Ensure food in serving equipment is well presented
• Prepare, cook and present food
• Monitor and maintain portion control during the preparation, cooking and serving process

3. Storeman

Entry-level

• Delivery of a quality storekeeping service, ordering to maintain appropriate stock holding levels.
• Record orders in order books according to the companies standard
• Process all invoices on the daily purchase analysis

4. Intern- Stock Controller

Duties
• Perform routine manual and /or routine clerical functions in receiving, handling storing and delivering stock
• Receive stores stock and count inventory
• Check stock against packing slips or invoices determining if there are shortages, damages, missing goods
• Assist in keeping stockroom, warehouse and loading area in a clean and orderly condition

5. Intern – Administrator

Duties
• Provide full admin support to the team and department
• Assist in with the Accounting Department in tasks as required
• Maintain a proper and user-friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents
• Perform some research duties as and when required by the team
