A local company in Mogoditshane is looking for a Car Parts Sales Clerk with immediate effect. The job entails selling spare and replacement parts and equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet customers and take orders (face-to-face or Telephone)
Read catalogs, or computer displays to determine replacement part stock numbers and prices.
Process sales using Point Of Sale (POS) software
Determine replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, or customers’ descriptions of malfunctions.
Updating customers about back-ordered parts.
Locate and label parts and maintain inventory of stock.
Explain technical product or service information to customers
Maintain and clean work and inventory areas.
Set up merchandise displays.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE:
Must have at least 3 years’ experience in Auto Parts Sales
Strong Knowledge of Auto Parts
Must have passed Senior Secondary School
Certificate/Diploma in a related field an advantage
