Job Summary

To contribute to Botswana Life Insurance Limited revenue growth by offering financial advise and solutions to both existing and new clients through diverse life cover products and services. The role also exists to execute other acquisition activities to maximize profitability of the customer base within branch locality.

Key Performance Areas

• To achieve the set monthly sales target
• Manage weekly self-activity schedule
• To provide activity management reports as requested by management
• To comply with regulatory (NBFIRA) rules
• To create business opportunities by prospecting and creating leads.

Minimum Experlence/Knowiedge & Skills

• 1-year work experience in Insurance sales or related Sales Experience
• Sound knowledge and understanding of the financial industry
• Selling and presentation skills

• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients
• Excellent presentation skills
• Personal finance management skills

Qualifications

• O’level, BGCSE, IGCSE
• Diploma in Sales, Marketing or any business-related qualification
• Certificate of Proficiency (COP-Long Term)
• Own Transport is an added advantage
