CLASS TEACHER wanted at Botswana Ash

Job Summary:

The major role of the incumbent will be to teach the’whole child’by attending to the intellectual, emotional and physical development of the students.

Minimum Requirements:

We are looking for a dynamic, results oriented and self-driven teacher with a Diploma/Degree in Primary Education. A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in an English Medium School environment will be an added advantage. Having a remedial Special Education qualification or experience will also be an added advantage. The Incumbent must be willing to participate m all school activities.

The Ideal candidate will be responsible for

• Preparing lessons that reflect best practices and accommodate for individual differences of students.
• Planning a program of study that as much as possible, meets the individual needs, interests, and abilities of the students.
• Creating a classroom atmosphere that is conducive to learning and teaching and is developmentally appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students
• Striving to implement, by instruction and action, the company s philosophy of education and instructional goals and objectives.

Key Skills:

• Administrative and Interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate and able to use at least Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Have previous experience in remedial teaching in the Junkx Primary.
• Knowledge of Letterland Is essential

• Must be able to coach any of the following Netball Soccer, Hockey, Swimming. Tennis. Softball. Athletics. Cricket and Chess.
