Industrial Engineer (process planning/ application engineer)

COMPANY

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

• Industrial Engineering Degree or any other related field.
• Upto 1 year post qualification experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Must be registered with ERB

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

• Control Specification and Documentation for Product / Process / Procedures.
• Continuously evaluate Product / Process / Procedures for economic / efficiency / performance and for compliance to specifications.
• Strategies and action plans for continuous improvement in above regards must be developed in cooperation with all departments, support for introduction of measures to departments.
• Project tooling analysis (industrialization)
• Change implementation in the Production lines
• Determine ramp-up curves and headcount planning.
• Drive plant Efficiency through time study analysis and recording techniques.
• Workplace Engineering & Ergonomics.
• Value Stream Mapping/5s implementation, Poka Yoke
• Determine standard, set-up and additional times in the production flow.
• Create calculations and route/target sheets.
