Car Rental Agent – Ocias Classics Car Rental

Duties include but are not limited to:

▪Responds to inquiries from customers about the availability and cost of vehicles as well as takes reservations from service departments and external customers.
▪Explains the conditions of rental contract and completes all required paperwork with customer.
▪Ensures the customer has proof of insurance and valid drivers license.
▪Takes customer to the vehicle to identify the existing irregularities and scratches and shows customer the special features of the vehicle.
▪Checks mileage, fuel level and performs damage inspection when vehicles return.
▪Take customer payment or ensure there is a P.O. for service department rental.
▪Ensures complete customer satisfaction!

Experience is preferred but not required.
