VACANCY NO.2 OF 2020
Applicants are invited for a suitably qualified citizen of Botswana for the post of an Office Assistant tenable in Francistown
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Greeting customers and assisting with queries
– Reporting complaints to a manager or supervisor
– Assisting and conceptualise client’s idea
– Operate vinyl cutter and heat press machine and other print machines
– Helping customer get the service and, items they need and provide advice or recommendations
– Assist customers to process their payment.
SKILLS
– Good communication skills
– Have interest on helping people
– Like working as part of a team
– well-presented, polite and tactful
– Can handle complaints in a calm manner
– Have good IT and design software skills
– Good numeracy skills
– Knowledge on fashion trends
REQUIREMENTS
– Track Records of Honesty and Loyalty
– Minimum of BGCSE, other qualifications will be an added advantages
– Customer Service or sale experience will be an added advantages
– Sober Habits
– Citizen of Botswana
– Aged between 18 -35 years
– Mental and Physically fit
