SUPERVISOR, CLIENT SERVICES (Palapye & Maun) – Botswana Savings Bank

Reporting to the Branch Manager the incumbents will be responsible for developing and ensuring compliance to customer service processes, procedures and standards.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Authorize the opening and closing of accounts in accordance with set processes and procedures.
• Recommend loans for approval/decline.
• Monitor, analyses and propose changes to processes, systems and procedures based on trends and feedback.
• Ensure consultants have sufficient product knowledge and ensure they can demonstrate product usage to clients.
• Ensure efficient client servicing, handling of customer enquiries and complaints. Ensure complete and accurate customer data.

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidates must be/have the following:
• Diploma in Banking/ Accounting/Finance or equivalent in a related field.
• Three (3) years post qualification experience in a customer service environment. Preferably in a financial institution Operational Knowledge in areas of customer services standards, sales and credit.
