DUTIES:

• Assist with everything as requested, including but not limited to ALL Advertising, public relations, marketing functions, exhibitions, events, social responsibility
• Check the Government Gazette and newspapers constantly for Tenders buy tenders and ensure they are submitted on time and correctly, go to the tender opening, record results, graph them and report to managers on the outcome.
• Keep an updated tender file, include in a monthly report.
• Monthly report on all opposition companies and who has got which tenders
• Company tenders, keep an updated tender file containing all documents required for tenders, ensure that they are verified by the correct authority. Know why we did not receive the work
• Look for opposition toilets & skips & pass onto sales I cold canvas
• Social responsibility programs and all requests for donations and sponsoring
• Fully responsible for EVERY quote and tender sent out. follow up. finish and graph who got the job and why. Full filling system
• Assist office manager with everything as requested, including but not limited to ALL Advertising, public relations, marketing functions, exhibitions, events, social responsibility
• Keep a complaint register and ensure the management team is aware of every complaint, record the outcome and the person who visited the client.

QUALIFICATIONS: Diploma in marketing or any related field with 1-time experience
