ADMIN AND ACCOUNTS CLERK – AFGRI

AFGRI DIVISION : AFGRI EQUIPMENT | BOTSWANA

AFGRI Equipment Botswana requires the services of a suitably qualified, well-motivated and results driven candidate to be appointed in the above mentioned vacant position.

Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Administration or Accounting
• 5 years’ work experience relevant to the position
• Good communication skills and customer service
• Disciplined, accurate & strict on implementing / managing processes
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Good understanding of the Botswana Revenue & TAX System
• Willing to work additional hours when required
• Police Clearance
• Valid Driver’s License

Duties Include but not limited to the following:
• Administrating job cards and workshop related claims
• Receiving payments and invoice job cards
• Collection of outstanding payments on job cards
• Motor fleet inspections and check lists
• Manage petty cash and employee expenses
• Liaising with BURS on Taxes
• Company and vehicle licenses and registration documents
• Assist with filing of business reports and invoices
• Parts receiving and capturing process
• Branch Control Matrix Process
