ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT wanted at FinCraft Investment Management

Responsibilities

o Maintain, manage and record day-to-day transactions

o Prepare, maintain and manage general ledger accounting

o Inspect, verify and reconcile accounts receivable records and its balances

o Assist in preparation of annual accounts and annual budget

o Manage office expenditure within the expenditure budgetary limits

o Maintain, manage and update records

o Perform reconciliation of banking transactions

o Prepare various financial statements and records periodically.

Requirements

o AAT Level 3 (Diploma in Accounting) with a minimum of 2 years m accountmg environment

o Ability to handle sensitive information, basic financial and computer skills, problem-solving and organizational skills
