GENERAL MANAGER OF OPERATIONS wanted

JD Specialized Recruitment are currently looking for a GENERAL MANAGER OF OPERATIONS for a group of 5* Camps in Botswana. A couple would also be considered

We are looking to fill this position within the next few months

Responsibilities

The GM would oversee all the camp managers, maintenance of all concession assets and vehicles, logistics, ranger/anti-poaching teams and all community issues.

It would be vital that the GM forms a good relationship with the community in the Reserve

The GM would be responsible for hiring and firing of staff, setting and achieving budgets and the overall smooth running of the business.

Being Concession based would be preferred, however Maun based is an option. It would then be essential to spend at least 4 days of the week in the camps.

Salary negotiable on experience

Only candidates who have filled similar positions in the past and who have Tertiary Education relevant to the Industry should apply
