Assist in the provision of office support and events management services.

•Process and distribute mails daily as per schedules, prepare mails for Botswana Post and couriers to collect, and keep incoming and outgoing mail records.
•Operate photocopier and other basic office equipment
•Carry out basic maintenance checks and replenishment of stationery
•Collate and binds reports, papers and parcels as required
•Maintain file registers and file movement forms
•Locate and retrieve files, documentation and correspondence as required
•Organise venue and refreshments for internal meetings, seminars, training
•Assist the Administration Officer in clerical work such as management of the vehicle fleet and transport allocation
•Assist in repair, maintenance and disposal of furniture and non-IT equipment
•Provide temporary clerical assistance to departments as and when required Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisory

Requirements
Education:
•At least a minimum of BGCSE certificate and a certificate in office administration from a recognised institution or any other equivalent qualification acceptable to BITRI.Experience and working knowledge:
•At least 2 years proven practical experience in office administration.
