Finance Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Preparation of group monthly accounts, consolidation, management reports and cash flow projections
for use by management to make decisions about the business.
• Influencing the broad strategic direction and profitability of the Group through effective analysis of the
portfolio.
• Managing banking as well as working capital operations for the Group.
• Enforcing and improving financial discipline through systems, IT, procedures and regular reporting.
• Effectively managing accounts receivable, expenses, budgetary processes and variance analysis.
• Identifying areas to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Efficient Cash flow management, managing Investments, financial planning, taxation and handling
Audits.

PERSON REQUIREMENTS:
• CA, CIMA or ACCA with at least 15 years’ experience.
• Working knowledge of computerized – stock, merchandising and debtors Systems, POS systems,Pastel financials, is desirable.
• Must be an associate or fellow member of BICA.
• Cost accounting qualification and exposure to cost and management accounting functions will be added advantage.
• A strong financial background and excellent administrative skills combined with an extensive base of knowledge including IFRS, to assist the company in meeting their organizational and financial objectives.
