SPH Plant Hire has a position available as a HR Clerk

The Ideal candidate should be prepared to do site visits and have experience in the Plant Hire Service industry or Construction industry.

With this have:

• A certificate in Human Resource management , Business management or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years working experience in a human resource a management or pay administration environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Good time keeping and be able to adhere to deadlines.
• Computer literate
• Experience of VIP payroll
• Drivers licence

Will also be responsible for:

• Petty cash recons
• Process of new employee info and update employee contracts.
• Calculate employee hours and overtime
• Ensure effective PPE accountability
• Attend to employees queries and inquiries on HR related issues
