SALES & CREDIT ADMINISTRATOR wanted at Guile and Khoison Capital

Guile and Khoison Capital is a financing company focused on SME lending through Purchase Order Funding and Invoice Discounting. We provide loans to SME’s that are challenged with meeting short term cash flow needs.

The company is seeking a self-driven, hardworking individual to join the team as a Sales & Credit Administrator. The appointed will be responsible for bringing in new business and for the evaluation and approval of loan applications.

Core Responsibilities and Duties

• Present loan approval and rejection decisions to management.
• Ensure loan terms comply with Government Regulations.
• Analyse and verify applicant financial information.
• Gather loan information based on specific loan needs.
• Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
• Identify and market the business Io potential customers
• Ensure timeliness & efficiency in delivery of products and services.
• Report to management and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned duties.

Education & Experience

• A strong sales, marketing and communications background
• A Degree not required but an added advantage
• A traceable and proven sales record of 3 to 5 years
