Job Description:

• GPS device installation in all sort of vehicle.
• Potential Candidates must have experience in the installation and maintaining of tracking
devices.
• Troubleshooting, device configuration, analyze root cause problem and solving
Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and
records.
• Investigate complaints; conduct tests; resolve problems.
• Maintain customer confidence by keeping service information confidential

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Vocational NCC Certificate in
Automotive Technology / Electrical Technology.
• Motor Vehicle Technician: 2 years (Preferred).
• Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in installing and maintaining tracking and fleet
management products
• Must be willing to work longer hours.

Required Skill(s):

• Automotive, Electronics, Troubleshooting, Driving, Analyzing Information, Client
Relationships.
• Potential Candidate must be a good team player, reliable, trustworthy and good ethics.
• Potential Candidates must have experience in the installation and maintaining of tracking
devices.
• Efficient with a good skill on developing good procedures.
• Good knowledge of motor vehicle electrics and mechanics.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
