Job Description

1. Managing Director (Salary BWP 25,000)

• Managing Director will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to all the employees of the company and to ensure maximum return on investment for the company.

REQUIREMENTS

• The candidate must have a degree in any Business Related fields, 5 years’ experience working in a Higher Learning Institution.

2 Programmes Development Coordinator ( Salary BWP 10,000)

• Responsible for heading the Programs and training division of the organization including providing strategic leadership to all the staff in the training division to ensure that the set objectives of the organization are met
• Responsible for developing short courses

REQUIREMENTS

• The candidate must have a degree in any field, 1 year experience in developing short courses and the courses must have been accredited at BQA

3. Trainers Needed ( Salary BWP 12,000)

REQUIREMENTS

• The trainers will be responsible for facilitating training and development department.
• The candidates should be BQA Accredited in any of the following short courses or any leadership or business short courses NOT listed below:
• Assertiveness
• Customer Service
• Emotional Intelligence

• Stress Management
• Presentation Skills

• Mentoring and Coaching
• Negotiation Skills
• Risk Management
• Human Resources Management
• Finance for Non Finance Managers

4. Human Resource Officer (BWP 10,000)

• Will be responsible for hiring and selecting of employees and general human resources work

Requirements

• Degree in HR, should have a 1 year experience in Human Resources field.

5. Accounting Officer (BWP 12,000)

• Will be responsible for the Accounting and Finance Department

Requirements

• AAT, ACCA, BICA, Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent. 1 year experience

6.Sales and Marketing Coordinator (BWP 10,000)

• Responsible for all the promotional aspects of the business

Requirements

• Degree in sales and marketing or equivalent, no experience needed
