FINANCE MANAGER

PURPOSE:

To ensure the achievement of the company’s business objectives, and compliance to legal, company and professional requirements to minimize the organization’s exposure to financial risk.

KEY OBJECTIVES:

1. Financial and Management Reporting.
2. Business Controls and IT systems.
3. Working Capital Management.
4. Corporate Governance (Advisory Service to the Board and Directors)
5. Business Planning
6. People Management
7. Risk Management

KNOWLEDGE:

• Analytical Ability – (Use logical reasoning to derive relevant information from the business and the market and make sound decisions on this basis).
• Knowledge of Botswana Stock Exchange (BSE) listing requirements.
• Strategic thinking (Providing expert support and guidance to the business).

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA/ACCA/CIMA) 5 years post qualification experience
