BANQUETING COORDINATOR wanted at Phakalane Golf Estate Hotel & Convention Centre

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responding to enquiries from prospective clients relating to function or bookings at the Convention Centre.
Preparing quotations and contracts for clients.
Following up to ensure the necessary paperwork is completed timeously.
Planning of functions or events as per the client’s specifications.
Capturing information regarding the function onto the Opera system.
Preparing function sheets to distribute to relevant parties.
Liaising directly with clients to ensure functions run smoothly and clients are satisfied.
Marketing of the Convention Centre’s banqueting to increase sales figures.
