Tender: Provision of Facility Management Services for the FNBB Kids Lounge – FNB Botswana

First National Bank Botswana is soliciting proposals from locally registered citizen-owned companies, for the provision of Facility Management Services for the FNBB Kids Lounge on a contractual basis. The Kids Lounge is intended to be an emergency relief and aftercare centre for moments when FNBB employees are challenged with child care support. The facility will cater for a maximum of 50 children per day aged between 2 to 12 years.

The scope of services will include amongst others:

• The overall management of the facility.
• Providing care, supervision, and an enabling environment for children to support appropriate development, safety and health of the children whilst in the care of the facility.
• To operate the facility in line with the provided policies and operational frameworks.
• To ensure that the policies and frameworks do not contravene any regulatory bye-laws, and are always updated to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiencies.
• To manage all admissions and exits from the facility in line with the facility policies.
• Running and managing all other day to day operations of the facility.

The EOI must be accompanied by the following:

1. Company Profile
2. Company Registration Certificate
3. List of Directors and Shareholders/ Company Extract
4. Certified ID copies of Shareholders and Directors
5. Tax clearance certificate copy
6. Minimum 1 Centre Manager CV and ID copy Must haw basic First Aid, fire fighting and safety and health training Medical Report to be provided.
7. Minimum 3 Play Facilitator CV and ID copy. Must have basic First Aid, fire fighting and safety and health training Medical Report to be provided.
8. Minimum 1 staff with an Advanced First Aid Certificate.
9. Minimum 1 staff member with a Teacher’s Permission to teach.
